Find out if she's willing to do that for 3-4 years, then you guys could have multiple multi-family investments, then buy a primary home in a good school district when your son or daughter is about to start school. 

I know school districts are a big indicator and have also read about looking at the city planning website for future developments...but not sure what to look for specifically. 

I found a couple sites but i wanted to see if anyone had any experience/advice on which school i should go with, and if online or in-person classes are better/worse or if it makes no difference.

From deployment and now flight school I’ve been constantly away from my hometown (which is my comfort zone) for the last 3 years.

I just encourage them to choose a city based on overall available housing, schools, etc and then port.  

We are recnetly married.We are hoping to put only her on the loan as I am going to school and currently have 7 rental properties and no savings or income so I am pretty much tapped out.My wife has a steady job with solid income and excellent credit.

A month or so later I went to my hometown (about 90 miles away) and had a school friend show me some properties. 

This means I will be moving to Enterprise, Alabama in January 2019 for about 18 months for flight school.

Who school I contact?

I haven't really seen my target renter population west of Cross, my target being Med School people.
