Background:In the Class Action Complaint (linked below) the Judge accused the NAR of fixing prices and states, "For decades, home buyers across America have been unwittingly paying too much for, and receiving too little from, services offered to them by real estate agent members of NAR.Despite agent representations (which NAR permits and encourages) that such services do not cost home buyers anything, home buyers in fact pay a hefty cost for these services—namely,  supracompetitive commissions at levels fixed by the Defendants, which in turn lead to higher home prices paid by buyers...as part of their membership, brokers must also agree to follow NAR’s rules, practices, and guidelines.

I read his book (in both English & Spanish, good practice).  

In addition to his law practice he's a seasoned real estate investor.

He not only teaches, he practices as well...

Or even if the above question is a valid and logical one where I am comparing potential returns to practical and actual returns... profits that may never realize. 

Practice doing some estimates before you make an offer.  

For example, someone to review contracts/agreements and can guide my team on best practices.

My initial research has been into - kane county foreclosure sales- researching liens online - practicing the 70% rule on the list of 2016 past and future foreclosures to see which properties sell for at or below max offer amounts and to see if i can tell what indicators set these appart from those that sell at foreclosure beyond the 70% rule amounts?
