Sure, some absolutely have benefited, S.Korea is a fair example BUT, one can argue it would just be "Korea" today if only MacArthur wasn't planning a run for President there after and ignored Chinas warning and offer of peace to stop with all but total victory, instead pushing to Chinese border, pulling them into it and literally loosing the entire north....

It would be a Wordpress site due to the easy to use nature and all the great plug-in's and widgets available.Regarding SEO, there are some basic products that help but SEO has gotten so complex over the years, you really need to hire a SEO company to set it all up a make it worthwhile.The cost could be exorbitant so it might not be worth the effort.

You are purchasing assuming market rents (set by the condition, amenities, location, etc. of the property) so agree that a seller would likely question a request for a lower price or their receiving less at closing.
