I’m unsure if I need to just focus on school now and switch gears after I get a career established, or if there may be another way to start sooner.

Ive been investing for about 4 years now, and I wish that I would have started sooner.  

Same reason I don't buy all my gym equipment from the very well-known brand Rogue for my gym; I can get some items that align in my interests at the same quality elsewhere.

I’m passionate about real estate, specifically investing and I plan on having my first property by next fall (I will be an FHA loan and I have to live in campus this year otherwise it’d be sooner).

Tossing a coin on who's going to go out to see a few properties, then either playing golf or going to the gym. 4 hours per day on average- 5 to 6 days per week. 

However, without a mentor or family with hands on experience it seems impossible to start out sooner than that and i’m VERY driven to start learning as soon as possible what’s worse is i have NO friends in my age group or network that want to get into real estate or take investing of any kind serious( and i know my network is my net worth and that’s part of the reason i’m here (: ) Any suggestions or wisdom on where I can go from this?

And if so, should I do so sooner or later?
