Congrats on the grind and keep at it

I'm still going to get a home inspection, appraisal and all of that noise.  

Wait 2 weeks and see if the puppy noise still continue to occur.

Its a grind but be passionate about it and know there is light at the end of the tunnel!

They may or may not keep their space tidy and the noise to a resident 'peace and quiet' level. i.e.

Unlike standard searches, BP can be extremely valuable in filtering out noise.

Now is the time to grind and perfect your hustle!!

Alarm companies are not allowed (by regulation, apparently) to put alarms on the outside.I am thinking about getting a motion detector and install an outdoor speaker myself, with noxious noise.  

The  competition wanted to occupy the property but were put off by the noise and activity from the Section 8 building next door, so I was the only interested buyer in the end.Now I am living in suburban Oak Park and spending a lot of time walking my new Labradoodle, Bonnie.  

Would it be worth my time and effort to focus on helping them fill there space or should I keep my nose to the grind stone and focus my efforts locally with all the mom & pop businesses?
