Since I am in California, my numbers would be different than yours.Then, after running the numbers, if it looks like an amazing deal, look up your local real estate investment group. 

Though I still can't see how anyone could possibly pass up such an amazing opportunity as this.

It's great to have an ambitious spirit, but I'm amazed by the false information that's out there that puts young borrowers on the wrong track.Lenders want to see capital be injected by the owner AND that you have experience operating similar properties.

Any recommendations for reasonable lawyers that could help me structure the agreement with my uncle to ensure all our bases are covered, it's optimized for taxes, and that he eventually gets the income he is due over time for selling the property to me.As you can see, I have many questions and I know this is a huge project, but I'm committed and I know it's an amazing opportunity.
