People think real estate is a silver bullet that they load shoot and all of a sudden their troubles are over,  their depressions over, their  low self-esteem is over And they’re driving a brand new Cadillac when they’re not on the beach drinking lemonade.

So if I am going to hear the same thing 8 ways by 9 different people, I'd rather it be while drinking a Bourbon and coke, vs reading it then waiting for the timer to click before I can go to the next page.

its urgent ,its long story ,  I might need to drink a class of long island ice tea before i even can start......I got screwed on this deal big time.... now don't know what to do to get rid of it..to end this nightmare...

They sleep about 15-18 hours a day and basically get up to eat, drink water, use the bathroom, bark and whatever noise they hear, wrestle for approximately 3 minutes at a time and go back to sleep.  

Right now, my hair is on fire, I’m drinking from a fire hose and trying to do it all NOW!  

I'd like to see a situation where we meet for a meal or drinks and receive an instructional class given by a member of the group on their given specialty.

I’m also considering non-alcoholic options, like running it as a coffee shop, or some other commercial endeavor.

If there are repairs, or a tenant leaves, or you need to deal with a contamination issue in the drinking water, the profit will drop.

I have let my diet slip into junk food, alcohol, and constant grazing.
