Jon has made the case over and over again that numbers are everything, thus there are only a handful of places in the US that one can even consider to buy rentals.I'm pointing out that a longer-term view and a bigger picture view of things can indeed build wealth in rental properties.Please re-read my post to try to get a better sense of what I just wrote.Thnx
