We have a 458 unit property about to close in a great location in Huntsville.Have a few slots for accredited investors looking for passive income.

I would think it would be a good destination year round - the back side used to be a not so much talked about area for big water fishing (warm currents - shark fishing, marlin fishing, etc.).I did spend a lot of time as a kid at Lake Isabella....my Dad and his best friend spent lots of time growing up there as well.  

You are looking to advertise on talk radio and get 5-8 slots a day if the price is right.

the way I look at a sink move is moving water lines with the shark bite type hoses is pretty quick, but the waste lines still need to be figured in.If he's a DIY guy, (and con do workmanlike quality) it's not too bad of a job with a basement available.A slab is another whole train of thought for me.

One of the good time slots for me to make cold calls during the week, given my current schedule, would be in the early AM, up until about 8:30AM.

@Brian Burke   LOL  we made money in Lake county in the 60's and 70's lots of picks broken in Lake county over the years...One project I worked on just had a major slide.. ( lakeside heights) thankfully I was just the broker 25 years ago :)...

So we’ll change it from at 16 slot panel to a 24 slot.

The profit margin on property management is razor thin.
