Hi All -I would still consider myself a bit of a rookie, but I have been investing now for about 3 years.I currently own an 11 unit RV Park in which I own all of the units and rent them out.I have successfully completed a BRRR in Alabama with $4K left in the deal, and I am in the process of completing my first two SFH Fix & Flips in Detroit, Michigan.I am looking to build out a potential buyers list, JV partners, and just network in general with like-minded people. 

Buy/hold vs resign/source tenant + refi/flip has yet to be determined.

Investment Info:Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

I am also relatively new to the real estate investment game and am looking to collaborate with investors on flips and long term rental portfolios in the greater Boston area.

Also let me know if you're interested on partnering up on anything, I might be open to talking about that, I've been lightly considering looking for some partners.I've been considering pursuing mostly flips and BRRRR but also new builds for sale - but I have all my capital tied up in a couple of deals at the moment!

My initial thought is to do a HELOC loan and pull out enough to do a flip and then rinse and repeat with the profit from that.

Tax benefits are great, and the ability to extract equity without selling is very beneficial when trying to scale.You don't have to BRRRR, you an always buy an apartment, fix it and flip it.

We had a Airbnb that we didn't mean to flip, but we did because STRs weren't for us.
