The fat cash flow I have enjoyed for 12 years.

And with it being busy season, there will be subs who will take a deposit from you to cash-flow things, then put your project on the absolute back burner while they take good care of the GCs who bring them regular work.A good GC gets preferred rates from his subs, so even with his markup, you don't pay much more than you will pay to do it yourself.

So whether or not a 5 burner is much better, or there is more black trim on the top of the dishwasher than I'd like, it's still a stainless package, looks great, and makes it easy for me to know going in that I'm going to put my stainless package in no matter what. 

I did not define it, as each market has its own, mileage may very.. but if I would put a fat range on it, 20 - 80 type units.

Now you got me thinking about my use of time, production and value /hr in a triangle floating above my head with a fat zero displayed in the center lol.

Renters should have some way to protect themselves against being harassed by fat bitter old women who have nothing better to do than harass people.

When renting you have a fat rental amount plus utilities and maybe the cost of lawn care.

I would never want that to happen at any of my properties, and the clearest way to prevent that is to NEVER have a pool.If you think that this house is your future personal residence, then you should move there now and forget about ever renting it, just my opinion.I have filled in in-ground pools and dismantled above ground pools, its a hard and fats rule no pools at rental properties.
