Unauthorized Pet Notice (False)
Hello, I just received a 3 day "Notice to perform covenant or deliver possession of premises" from my landlord stating that I have an unauthorized pet. This is not true. The pet I have is the same pet I moved in with. In addition to that they took pictures of my pet before moving in and I paid a pet deposit plus pet rent. I followed all protocols and procedures for adding my pet to the lease.
Im not on the best terms with the landlord to begin with and I believe she is simply harassing me.
Any advice?

If it were me, I'd start out by calling her. It's possible the landlord saw a different animal on the property and has decided it's yours. If you get nowhere with the phone call, I'd send a letter and a copy of my lease and picture of the pet and explain that there is no breach.
If she wants to press the issue, she'll have to serve you and file a case. If she does, there will be a court date and you can answer and tell your side of the story. If you are served, read the paperwork carefully. You must respond in a certain time frame and in a certain way.
But I think you can resolve it with a call and finding out what her issue is.
