Wait a second...something just dawned on my slow brain!

So in re-tiling the kitchen, the tile guy tiled over the raised area that the dishwasher sat on.

Another issue I forgot to mention: there is no dishwasher in the house.

Is the bank required to give a credit for the dishwasher and damage?

I also haven't used the floating product, but I've seen a leaky dishwasher cause almost an entire kitchen come unglued from the slab before.

Unfortunately I had to replace the dishwasher just last month in one unit, so that took care of the cash flow ;)

Being dragged out at the crack of dawn for 10 Saturdays would hardly improve the situation.

So, it just dawned on me that it could be a good candidate for wholesaling.

If this is a typical low or lower-middle-income rental (blue collar), then there should be no ice-maker, no ceiling fans, no garbage disposal, no dishwasher, no screen doors, no window screens (unless required by Section 8), etc.
