I totally understand what you wrote.My question is what kind of stipulations and terms we can put to terminate the Option Agreement.For example, can we put "If LO Tenant/Buyer did not make a rent payment on time 3 times a year, Option Contract will be null & void or If LO Tenant/Buyer did not make a rent payment for one month, the Option Contract will be null & void etc.
