Im new to the Bigger Pockets Community/Forums and just wanted to make a shout out! 

Iʻm born & raised on the beautiful island of Maui & I am a REI Rookie!

I have been trying to learn all that I can and let's just say that REI Lingo alone has gotten me like.... 🤦🏽‍♀️ 😩😳🤯🫣

However, I'm getting the hang of it! lol

Bigger Pockets has been a huge help on my journey and I hope to dip my toes in wholesaling my first deal soon!

Aloha Kanani, I'm new to BP as well and have a lot to learn. I'm in the middle of my first deal now and hope to get another one soon. My focus is wholesaling right now but would like to get into ST/LT soon. I would be interested in doing a virtual deal with you sometime. I image their is a huge need right now for rentals.
