I know time is very valuable and don't want to waste my time focusing on the wrong things now and being in a tough spot later on in my life. book recommendations, local in person meet ups in the Florida area is great anywhere from Orlando down to Miami I am willing to travel to gain more knowledge.

So the amenities she is given is a parking spot, washer/dryer access in our basement and of course her own apartment with dish washer (not common from what I've seen).

I am open to all areas but right now I am looking particularly at Cincinnati before anywhere else because it looks like a good spot for appreciation.

Its a tough spot.

If you flood a 4-plex with 12 students you probably need at least 10 parking spots.  

I generally use this detergent to clean oil spots on the driveway, not to use it to clean any linens or towels.

That would be the most likely spot for the leak.  

Currently undiscovered, future hot spots?
