I am also under the impression that banks want some sort of collateral to secure the investment loan, which I have none of since I don't own.I'm 23 and don't own a house, currently renting. 

POS sort of caught me off guard when I started looking in the Cleveland area a couple weeks ago.

It's horrible from an ROI perspective but *if* I need the money I don't want to have to worry about minimum balances, dropping below a balance that might initiate a monthly fee of some sort, etc.  

I'm still sorting out what my final goal is, but I'm leaning towards commercial level apartments.

This isn't the sort of thing an insurance inspector is looking for.  

Too bad that you are so far away, we could of started like a small little meet up of some sort.

I would say if you tow them because they pay late, that must be some sort of legal or ethical violation.
