I've been on a ton of these guru intake calls lately, just for fun.

This is issue is, what are the first things I should do after I complete my "seller intake" form?

No sense in taking a risk with too low of a policy, most times you wont need it however that one time you do it will pay for itself.

Im only 19, but seriously interested in taking a career path down in real estate.

The seller contacted me and I presented this deal to the investors I work with ( IM a real estate agent) My investors had on going projects and weren't interested in taking on something new.

Ideally, this individual would complete the intake process, update the CRM, conduct basic property research, and determine if there is a sufficient level of motivation to set an appointment.  

Think about where you live and if something looks old or broken or not to the standard of what you would want to live in take a pic and make notes in a notebook then share with someone that knows rehab to help you with costs.Finally if the tenants are there ask them.
