@Felipe Carrillo I HIGHLY recommend against accepting any time of partial payment whether cash or ACH.

Looking for something with ACH bank withdrawal capability as well as general ledger for maintenance.

If you want to be a hobbyist and play at running a business then save yourself the heart ache and forget about it. 

I have accounts with 3 different online brokers and they're all super slow about adding/removing money via ACH. 

So far as I’m aware, you can’t- it’s part of their risk models similar to their ach transfer limits (which is automatically set). at a lot of banks...

Most might have been a deal if you wanted the constant head ache of ALL the things that come along with purchasing in the wrong area (you savvy investors probably know all to well what I am talking about). 

Start small if you are afraid of failure, don't put in more than you can afford and you will build your investing muscle one property at a time

Would your tenants be willing to use a prepaid card, like NetSpend, as you could set up ACH/eCheck drafts using that card?

We have been doing ACH (e-check) payments for our tenants for a while and they really like it.
