Looking for a easy to use landlord software. I only have one duplex at this time. I checked out Rentalutions.com and it seems pretty cool. Any use it? Any other suggestions?

@Brett Fine check out Buildium. I have AppFolio, but is really for 100 +units, although I absolutely love it, have been using since 2009
