With that being said I know of agents who turn their nose to working with investors, usually because of a past bad experience not because of a low commision.

I had all these Southern CA borrowers who had bought turn key in the mid west they were failing left and right and because we were HML who did not report to fico they would just stick their nose up at us... but I had their PG's so I thumbed them right back with a 1099 C you should have heard them squealing..Hey you cant do this..
