Most Reliable Source Of Real Estate Information - Newsletters, Books, Articles, Etc.

Aside from BP where have you found the best source of reliable and accurate non-BS real estate information? There is certainly a lot of information out there, but I am finding it harder and harder to find new sources worth investing time in. What have you found useful?

For those that are interested I have found the literature from these two authors extremely useful for many years now:

1. John T. Reed - He is a bit grouchy, but much of what is in items he publishes is great. I don't like some of this tax analysis either

2. Ray Alcorn - Ray's Dealmaker's Guide To Commercial Real Estate is absolutely fantastic

Some other folks have a good title here and there too, but I am hoping to get pointed to other gems. Any suggestions?
