Hello, I could use some guidance, My mother was left two properties with 5 apartments here in rochester byShe's owns them in part with family and is trying to manage them There is extensive plumbing damage as well as needed updates She had no credit or moneyAny ideas as far as private funding for renovationsShe owns the properties outright there's value in them Wouldn't need much 20 or 30k

How could that extensive renovation cost only $30,000?   

Last seller purchased for $389,000 and had to do extensive excavations/renovations to waterproof the basement/added tank, added commercial gutters, waterproofing membrane, etc.

There is little chance they will drop them but you can ask for an extension and get 1 year to correct3.  

I believe we could make a part of our contract with him, though, that seller agrees not to attach any debts or access the equity, though, for the term of our lease and any extension - in effect, that it accrues to the future property buyer's benefit. 

I cannot recommend them based on their work but I did extensive research before I had 3 of the vendors do quotes.  

Adding even more points and costs for extensions makes the loan cost even more.That alone was enough to keep me away but maybe it could have been just the rep.
