Having a free and clear primary residence is an enticing goal and it does increase your feeling of security. 

There is nothing specific about using a credit card that entices me.

I've had a lot of success (at least thus far) academically, so in 5-10 years I'd love to have the credentials that would entice a top 25 business school where I could pursue my MBA.

I think hitting someone 60 days away from foreclosure is a pretty good strategy to entice them into selling.

I am currently interested in single family homes, although I am open to the idea of multi-family homes as well if the numbers are enticing enough.  

The free seminar was intriguing, and they did a great sales job of enticing you to buy the next level...a 3 day training at $1,995.  

Does it market lower gas prices to entice customers to shop at the convenience store or does it command a higher profit margin on the gas?

So now that I own the lot, what other possible incentives have you used to entice a buyer other than the price.

There are also programs in place to entice investors and homeowners to purchase the properties and fix them up.  

If you go a step further and offer something unique in your theming or your community has golf or something else, that will just add to enticement to book with you rather than the bargain hunters looking for $69/night.
