If wholesaling is your thought as a start, I recommend you read and ask questions in the wholesaling forums and you concentrate on direct marketing to locate motivated home sellers.I personally believe that starting out as a wholesaler without done direct marketing aspect is more difficult than simply starting off with rehab flips.
