The cabinets clearly say they are from 1970

Do you mind me asking about how much it cost to repaint the cabinets, put the tiles up underneath the cabinets and switching out the counter top?

There will be 20 BP podcast interviewees and hundreds of local and national investors. 

I have another friend that has access to hundreds of 90 day lates through her job and is coming onto my team as a partner.

I'm sure there are hundreds of companies doing this now.

Where we spend different amounts of money is the fit and finishes (windows, appliances, counters, tile, cabinets, fixtures, etc).  

There are several types of carpenters, framing, finish, cabinets, molding, trusses, furniture, etc.

Given the area of Del Cerro, we used high end finishes throughout and every detail was carefully picked out from the door knobs to the iPad control station to Bose surround sound throughout the house to LED mirrors to the Versailles travertine floors to the wall hung toilets to the custom cabinets w/ granite countertops, etc...Nothing was left untouched!

So I got this guy working on my cabinets and vanaties.
