Looking for carpenters

Hello, Today I decided I am going to move forward with Getting my GC license so I can start doing work on others properties. I've acted as GC on my own deals and own properties but after having a number of home owners and investors reach out to me to do work for them I decided I need to move forward with my gc. My only fear/ biggest question is where to find a couple good carpenters? Anyone have any ideas or know of carpenters looking for work? Thanks, Peter
