I an in NNJ and have rental properties.

@Ian Gilligan This is a tough one, because when it goes to underwriting, they'll more than likely want to see some kind of proof of a job transfer to TX to approve it as owner occupied.

I an open to any other solutions, ideas or general input we are just trying to figure out of this is really a viable thing to do. 

@Ian Dyer LVP is my suggestion been great and is super tough against renters.
