Hey guys and girls. i am new here i am from colombia and i would like some help.how i already write i am from Colombia, i already have a condo in Fl and i would like to refi. the condo its all pay, i dont have a loan. but i have been waching too much youtube biggerpockets podcast, and i want to refi my condo so i can buy a new property. 

I appreciate reaching out it means a lot, I am brand new to this and a little backstory my wife and I just had our first baby a little girl and I’ve been toying with the idea of real estate for a while now and reading everything I can and listening and soaking up info.

Both these worse case happened to our STR units which we do not self manage:Scenario 1: tenant created a mud pit out of the small yard for girls to wrestle in.  

Some guys (and girls too I suppose) always need a project going on....they like to spend nights and weekends working on something....they would like to make money, but need the project more than they need the money...so normal pricing metrics don't always matter to them.

I rent to college girls and most of them want to pay via Venmo.

But my girls are growing, so it's time to move into a bigger home.

I just had a baby girl and my “why” for setting such high goals is so her kids kids will be financially well off.

The two young ladies who live upstairs and their parents tell me they're comfortable with the security arrangements, more comfortable than they were in the last place the girls lived in, a big apartment building in Oakland with a perennially busted front door lock and three or four sloppy-drunk stalkers a month coming in at all hours to bang on various doors and confess their eternal love to the young women living in those apartments.
