How to Best Utilize my LLC
I recently bought a rental property and I set up an LLC and a separate bank account for it. I rent to college girls and most of them want to pay via Venmo. I don't want to set up a business Venmo account and lose 2% of the total rent to their fee. Are there any that have a better way of doing things? Currently I have it set up that they Venmo my personal account and I transfer those funds to my LLC bank account. Any tips or suggestions?
