What does your daily actionable goal list look like?

Goal setting has been very hard for me until recently. I just had a baby girl and my “why” for setting such high goals is so her kids kids will be financially well off.

Real estate goals

-Next 90 days I want to buy a out of state 4 plex

-locate a market

-build relationships with out of state core 4

-post on bigger pockets daily

-listen to 1 podcast daily

- listen to 1 hours of a real estate related book

Fitness goals

-I have a fitness trainer

-get back in the gym🥴

-follow my meal plan and eat right

-stop drinking

Relationship goals

-tell my wife how beautiful she is multiple times a day

-take her on a date 1-2 times a month

-make dinner so she doesn’t have too

-do the laundry more🙃😅(for me the pain of doing this is probably equal to the pain she felt durning labor.....😂)

Baby girl-

-wake up in the middle of the night and tend to her as best as I can

-when I’m holding her out my phone on airplane mode

-buy more real estate for her

4 year goal I want to own 8 4 plexes and replace my income to own a real estate agent firm. But this is my next 90 day goals
