Kind of ghetto, neighboring houses messy-ish, all houses are unique (they aren't all stucco houses built by a central planner... so there aren't rows of houses that look the same...), they are older houses...Should this not stop me from looking?

Marie Poe sorry I did not see this.I look at LOAs as a quick cash deal, LO from seller, assign to Buyer.Sub2 you own it and need an exit plan, rent it or sell it.SLOs you need to rent it and hold it.LOAs you are out of it for the assignment fee.You are in the Central Coast CA?
