Heating Options

Hello,

My rental property is in MA and it is still using gas on gas stoves to heat the units. It works fine but the problem is that they are no longer made and I have to either get serviced or buy a refurbished unit when there is a problem and they are expensive.

What are some of my options for replacing it? I can buy a new stove easy enough but what are my options for heating the unit now? I would like to start with the ground floor since that stove is ready to go.

Also, if you are in central MA and have any contacts for people who can do the job, let me know!

Thanks,

Dan
