If you need structured education, coaching and guidance to do that, then I would argue there is tremendous value to participate in a program like the Academy that aligns with your goals.

Hello, thanks for letting me know, I took a free course and I learnt a lot and started calling and trying to close a deal, but I still felt like I need more guidance and a more structured program or a community that can help me.

Strictly that and nothing else, I'd say the Jomax area would be more valuable, but that doesn't make it a better investment.

This will give you the hands down most valuable skill in RE which is sourcing good deals.
