This takes away the uncomfortable feeling if fibbing and also makes it so you dont have to have back out clauses in the event you cant sell it. 

I suggest you consider two attorneys, one better skilled in real estate contract law, corporate law, estate planning awareness, another who hammers out evictions and takes care of routine matters.

Like I mentioned before, if they are uncomfortable with it going direct to us, we always offer up the title company to hold it in escrow.

 I think you are absolutely correct (with all due respect to those who have hijacked the term) notwithstanding that the marketers who use it will obviously find it uncomfortable to be challenged on thier veracity.
