I totally agree 65th Center is okay area.If I recall correctly 65th Center is surround by a lot of small businesses.( stores, activities, beauty and barber shops, etc )Most family that would move into this apartment building would be looking for Wauwatosa education for their children.Just my two cents

I have had investors looking to buy in my state of GA and surrounding states because they are finding 2.5 to 3 caps in Cali and 4 caps in New York which is playing with fire in my opinion.

We would plan to Buy, improve, and hold the property, and in doing the renovation, would take estimated rents (based on neighborhood rent comps, craigslist, etc) from about $2400 per month (1200 per side) to around $3300 per month (1650 per month, per side), based on prevailing rents in the surrounding neighborhoods.
