Hi all, as requested by Josh and Brandon in the past few podcasts, I have decided to enter the forums to become more active in all aspects of real estate investing. I currently live in Baltimore, just bought a house in July in Hampden and am renting out a couple rooms to live better. No big deal as I have lived with roommates for quite some time. Currently I'm saving up and doing some repairs on this house as I plan to stay here for 3 years at least, buy another property and hold this in the future. That is the minimal goal, perhaps I can buy another non-principal residence before then, lets hope. Anyway, looking to purchase single families and duplex/triplex(although I cant really find any around here) in the future.
