I am more of a project manager .. a boots on the ground guy who looks out for the investor who decides to partner with me ..My system is not perfect but Im working on  getting it as close as i can .. every investor has different needs and wants .. so it seems its ever evolving...

Its been interesting to see how rapidly they evolve and change. 

Correct me if this is misinformation, but Seetransparent only shows info on properties that are managed by major management companies like Evolve and Turnkey.
