So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

The garage was open about 2 feet and had a screen in front of it so I imagine there's animals in there too. 

Most people wont get to this step, and if they lie you can catch it during screen (which the tenant pays for)4.)

It can vary based on condition & size... but that is sort of a going rate for an average unit here.Hope some of that helps.
