Daria B. cracked concrete slab - yard none issue but needs to be fixed

First, fix the water drainage issue. the leader pipe should be put into a drainage pipe and brought away from the structure, there is water just dumping down and probably causing some soil erosion, which could effect the slab. make sure all water drains away from the structure. if its concrete, have a Mason take a look at it and see if there is anything he can do with it.

check all the roof gutters and leaders - do they drain away from the house properly. if this has been damaged by water, be careful of mold, that may have to be cleaned up. your most expensive solution would be the re-water proofing and drainage. but if you can get it for a good price and still make money on it after the work, why not buy it.

not sure if this is a success story yet , hahaha . this is another hoarder house i purchased , the estate said it had 30,000 books in it , but after donating almost 14,000 we have not made a dent . i did get a nice donation write off though . found an 1653 religious book , maybe 15-20 old bibles from 1800's , about 200 Luis La'mour , and too many ufo books to count ( literally 8,000 or more ) also had to throw out 4,000 vhs tapes , nobody wanted them .

Here in the midwest options fees range from 5-8,000$ and you can have them get with a credit repair agency and a leader and monitor the status of their approval so they can buy within the 12 or 24 months.

About an hour later, we were grouped in 4 groups by our numbers, and our "leader" explained that our exercise was to call up our credit card companies, and friends and family, in order to come up with at least $30,000 each to prove that we could do so to be involved in our financial freedom through real estate investing!
