We would like to know of any experience the members here may have concerning international online banking (1st internet bank).  

Real Estate is a competitive game, and Internet and BP have leveled the playing field for anyone who wants to take advantage. 

I’m a user experience designer by day (i design apps and websitws) and (selfishly) am wondering what kind of pain-points or potential apps, websites, or other digital products you wish existed!

Since then I have looked into it further and am looking into a product by assured automation at the website flows.com (no affiliation) that will allow me to get the info on the internet with either wifi or if not available, a yearly cell subscription.

Houses are selling north of 75- 95k, and 100k N of Lakeshore  to end users, and things seem to be going even higher.  20% PLUS net caps are still to be had.

Be aware that most of the sellers on the Internet are crooks who know that emotion and fear make many sales and they are too far away to be confronted and are strangers.

I am already aware of different firms (both local and national) that provide this service but was hoping to talk to someone from the end users point of view before sitting down and talking with a professional.If you have done a Cost Segregation Study and are interested in talking over a beer or coffee please let me know!
