I don't have a problem taking emotion out of the equation and looking toward Sandy Springs/Marietta or Decatur instead, but if given the choice, I would want to move up 400 instead of down.

Soil testing to make sure contaminates are not being introduced into the ground and thus the ground water has to be done if DEC gets involved.

Every house in Kansas City that has wood siding, or a wood deck, or wood beams or any other piece of wood that comes into contact with the soil will eventually be visited by termites.

We sold this property even though it was awesome (on the sand).- I have no problem finding cash flow properties in my chosen area in So Cal. 

It' supposed to fill the pores of the concrete and help prevent moisture from penetrating all the way through from the soil into your space.UGL Dry-Lok is one such product.

Chances are, they won't sign a waiver and if they do, it may not hold up in the event that they do get injured.When I had to re-build my house after Hurricane Sandy, I used day laborers for the demo, but even then, I was there to observe and maintain oversight.
