I am going to start out wholesaling with the goal to get in the game and eventually do REI full time.I am 20 years old and have been doing my own business online for the past 5 years mixed between web/software development, hosting, and advertising/marketing.

Just some background on myself, I'm currently a welder but have experience in other fields such as auto mechanics, computer hardware and software, Paint and body.

I told my buds that one was a big hitter for (large, Houston based computer company) and the other was a software designer for (big, Houston based software company) and while both had excellent taste in homes and cars neither knew jack about handling money.My buddy said; "well, you may be a slumlord, but at least your slums are on golf courses".

The software that I use for Blogging is a stripped down version of Wordpress that I get with my real estate website.

The software produces an analysis of a deal and presents it in a way that is attractive.

Might want to see if a local appraiser/real estate agent may have software for the auditor.

Just wanted let everyone know if my input helps out and it might have to do with the software that your using, just a thought!

I have access to MLS, FMLS, as well as Redlink (a piece of software that lists deed transfers and URAR information).I just have a few questions that I would like to get some input on, because I'd like to get started with real estate investing within the next year or two.

Can anyone recommend a basic property management software program for a relatively small, home-based operation?
