I am just now getting into real estate and i am soaking up every bit of information I can! I am going to start out wholesaling with the goal to get in the game and eventually do REI full time.

I am 20 years old and have been doing my own business online for the past 5 years mixed between web/software development, hosting, and advertising/marketing. I live in granite shoals, texas.. about 50 miles outside of austin.

Up to this point i have been self reliant, self taught, and "self made".. And while i make decent money for being a high school dropout working from home starting from scratch on my own, Im still not on the track to where I want to be! As i am venturing into this new world of real estate, i am quickly realizing the importance of building relations with people and I would like to make as many contacts and relations as i can in the field; I hope i can begin to do so through these forums as well as get help when i have uncertainties. I am a quick learner and before you know it, i will be the one of the contributors helping others here! :D
