Even the NFL makes their Rookies take one due to the amount of players that have gone bankrupt after their football career. 

I do not listen to or consider reasons, excuses, fantasy tails or anything else by way of explanations. 

Claims as to this easement then will not meet the requirements of being notorious, the use will not be adverse and any time period required is interrupted by giving consent.Consent may also be limited, say to walk to some feature or street and conduct a specific or limited activity, I give you consent to let your kids play baseball, but not football.

The property value has gone up since the announcement of a new football stadium.

@Troy S. agreed and that is the disconnect ... a lot of students are commuting ... however that may change once the football stadium gets built.

It is also a fantasy to assume you're going to remove all traces of mold spores from your environment because "they don't belong there."
