The water is definitely moving (you can hear it running), and is about 8-10 inches deep.The implication was that this water was runoff via the water table from the upslope, which continues to the right across the street.

Hi Joe,If it's water you want, call the fire department and ask them if they will run a hose from the fire hydrant to your pool.It may be cheaper (and faster) than the 1/2 inch service bib on the outside of the house.
