Cost for all new electric?

Hey everyone! We’re renovating a small 450 sq ft studio apartment and a small hallway. I’m wondering if this estimate makes sense to those of you who know better than I do!$8,500.00

-Labor
-Materials
-Balance
-Wire Apartment to code
15-4 inch color change LED
2-Pendant lights
1-LED Bath Fan
-Cat 6 Ethernet run
-30 amp electric stove
-Heated Bath floor (floor heat supplied by other)

-Outlets to code/ outlets or switches on brick wall to be in EMT conduit
-Tv outlet
-Smoke detector
-1 wall accent lighting (fixture provided by other )
Hallway
-6 - 4inch color change LED
-Hallway outlet

-Add remote switch for chandelier

Sometimes you might be surprised that your lead contractor can get some of the trades done more cost-effectively.   If you have one, and they have electricians they work with, it wouldn't hurt to ask if you haven't already.

I have my builders license so I can run any part of the project, but sometimes let my go-to guys pull in subs because they keep them busy and as a result have a great relationship and pricing strategy, vs. when I call in the trades it's a one-off project for them and they price accordingly.

Thanks for the reply!I’m subbing out some of the work myself. The unit is currently demo’d down to the studs. There is already a sub panel inside the unit; however we will also be adding 4 new services to the building at some point after this unit is completed. Currently there are only two services, one for the commercial space and one for all 4 units.

And we are in upstate NY.

Not exactly sure where you are in the world as that does have an impact.

I am assuming that you are focused on the price.    It's not a slamming deal, nor is it egregious.    Is this from your contractor, or are you trying to sub out all the work yourself?     I am picturing this space as either gutted or simply framed at this point being that we are talking about all the wiring needing to be run.

I don't see any mention of service entrance/breaker boxes or sub-panels for this space.   I'd make sure you understand how that is going to work.
