You just have to demonstrate that you are either a) an investor or b) a woman.

I am married to a beautiful Venezuelan woman as well (from Caracas/Valencia).

I have a woman that needs the money to buy a new house before she can leave the one she's in.

(As relatively young-ish woman, I sometimes must communicate up to the point of hyperbole to be taken seriously.

I hired a lawyer to "pound through" the BS.. he found out that it was owned by a woman who had a mortgage, she died in 2009 (or so), but in 2003 she changed the title of the house to her and her friend... the bank should have stopped that but they did not.

The executor is the woman's grandson who is stationed in one branch of the military in Hawaii.  

Yeah I want to try and work under someone for starters I might be able to get some contacts too, I have a cousin in Fort Wayne, he was doing real estate there when he was about 25 years old he had multi million dollar deal going on building a whole area of like 250 homes for low cost living, but the lady he was working with at the Bank was some Russian woman or something, & she stole all the money when the deal was going down and left the country and my cousin was under fraud investigation by the FBI that got dropped after 5 years or so, But i'm sure he knows some of the locals that are reputable.
