Don't take the advice of strangers on the internet.

I did a video on that in YT channel about how to take a complete stranger and establish a substantive relationship.  

He approached me and I actually felt bad, but I never give money to strangers I always offer food or water.

That isn't how RE investments work, people don't give you money like that and if you solicit investments from strangers you probably need to have a conversation with the SEC as that is very close to syndication.

(I say if you're single, because we have so many male clients come to us excited to rent by the room and then find, lo and behold, that their partner is not nearly as excited about living with strangers.)Find a home with a basement apartment or carriage house.

These are nice dogs, but I feel like sending a stranger that the dog has never met over there, with potentially loud equipment is a recipe for disaster. 

I am no stranger to cold calling, mailing letters, or prospecting.

So, I would NOT take advice from strangers or friends, that I did not have time to vet thoroughly.Good luck!

They are willing to give a stranger 30K under much less favorable terms... is a very high bar.

I am curious to get advice from someone who has secured 2nd position funding for a subject to acquisition from a "COMPLETE STRANGER."
