Are panhandlers realestate investors?
I don’t know why this thought came across my mind, but this is why I posted this on the off topic section. What if panhandlers were just using creative financing? Can they be just be raising capital for their next project??? What if we hired a bunch of panhandlers to raise capitol for our next investment and gave them a percentage of the profits? I know for a fact there are professional panhandlers that make a decent living panhandling and make enough income to pay rent and provide for their family in NYC. There is this guy in Queens, NYC that is dressed up in a suit and tie walks around the gas station and McDonalds on Hillside ave and the Van Wyck. He claims that his wife through him out of the car after a fight and he had to find his way back into Long Island and his wallet was left in the car, he has nothing for a cab or a train. He approached me and I actually felt bad, but I never give money to strangers I always offer food or water. So, he flips out on me and goes on about how New Yorkers are all the same if he were back in Florida people are more forgoing to help a stranger. So two weeks later I see the same guy, in the suit and rolly bag and I lost it, I actually felt bad for him when I first met him and there he is still pandhandling. I yelled out to him as he approached my car, “Hey, you still trying to figure out how to get to Long Island (plus a few expletives).” Be cowered and did a 180, probably thinking, “time to find a new corner”...lol, well let’s say he was successful, I mean his story was believable and that Corning has a ton of traffic, so let’s do the math: if you can get at least 12 people to give you a dollar an hour for 10 hours a day, you can make $125 a day. That’s $3,750 a month, $45,000 a year....thought? I’m embarrassed to hit the post button but here goes...
